OPTIMUS believes success is hardwired in each of us, success is in our DNA, success is in our spirit … and we can access success when we know-how.
Every human being has the same tools to work with when moving from intentions (mission, goals, objectives, desires, etc) to outcomes (accomplishments, manifestations, having, being, etc). Every human being has and uses five (5) resources; THOUGHTS, EMOTIONS, WORDS, (internal and external), ACTIONS, and ATTITUDE to get what is wanted … personally and professionally.
OPTIMUS invites a greater focus on Self-Examination or Self-Awareness, because try as we might, we cannot escape who we are. Deeper exploration, acceptance, and understanding of what is present is key.
How can you leverage (use) something you do not know?
Our authenticity and genuineness are seeded at our core and is the source of our success. A genuine outcome cannot be achieved when the applied resources are less than genuine. OPTIMUS guides to discover, acknowledge, accept, and adjust the application of our five (5) personal resources to achieving your intentions.
First and most important, for “thought is cause” because it precedes all other resources. So, what do you THINK about the intention, about what you want? Do I think the intention achievable, realistic? Do I really want this intention? Where did this intention spring forth; (internally) is it my intention or (externally) is it something someone else wants?
Second, is my ATTITUDE, FOCUS, and DETERMINATION applied to the intention and desired outcome? How dedicated or motivated am I to the outcome? How often do I think about getting to the outcome? Am I confident? Are there doubts? Are there distractions?
Third, what are my EMOTIONS, and how they serve in achieving the outcome? Emotions are greater indicators of the truth as to how we feel about our intentions. As greater indicators of truth, we are invited to acknowledge and leverage our genuine emotions in service to the outcome.
Fourth, are the WORDS expressed to others in the effort to reach fulfill our intentions? Are our words clear, strong, and complementary? Is there any expression of resistance or hesitancy, even in the face of unknowns?
Finally, are my ACTIONS consistently contributing to the desired outcome? Are our actions aligned with my words?
Most relationships, organizations, and people devote time and energy focusing on and perfecting the “actions” and “words” to bring about the desired outcome. This focus needs to be wider to bring about success. Thoughts, emotions, and attitudes influence the outcomes we experience, and OPTIMUS focuses on all five (5) resources in a supportive and accountable process.
